Return Policy:

• Returns must be made within 5 days.
• All returns must have an authorized RA #.
• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and paperwork.
• Items returned in compliance qualify for a full refund (minus shipping cost) or exchange.
• Items returned in damaged or used condition are subject to restocking fees of 20%.
• Refunds can take 10-14 days from reciept of return.

Shipping:

All U.S. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. International items are shipped USPS Global Priority where available and USPS Air Mail Parcel on items over 4 lbs.
