Standard Return Policy:
- Direct pedal purchases from Tone Factor can be returned up to ONE FULL YEAR from date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and paperwork.
- All returns must have an authorized RA #.
- Items returned in compliance qualify for a full refund (minus shipping cost) or exchange.
- Items returned in damaged or used condition are subject to restocking fees of 20%.
- Refunds can take 10-14 days from receipt of return.
Universal Return Policy:
- Pedals purchased from other authorized dealers can be returned to Tone Factor for full purchase price within 60 days.
- Any new pedal purchase qualifies, whether we stock it or not.
- Items must be in original condition with box and paperwork.
- Proof of purchase required
- This offer is for store credit only (no cash refunds on merchandise from other dealers).
- Store credit is good towards anything that we stock.
Price Matching:
- We will meet any published price by an authorized dealer.
- Simply email us a link to the lower price and we'll match it, guaranteed.
Used & B-stock items:
- Pedals returned under the Universal Return Policy will be listed as Used.
- B-stocks are items that have a minor blemish, damaged box, etc.
- All returns are fully checked and tested by a Qualified Tech before listing.
- Any issues, cosmetic or otherwise, such velcro, paint chipping, etc, will be mentioned in the individual product description whenever possible.
Shipping:
All U.S. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
International items are shipped USPS Priority International or Global Express.
