Direct pedal purchases from Tone Factor can be returned up to 90 Days from date of purchase.
Defective pedals can be returned for ONE FULL YEAR for repair or replacement.
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and paperwork.
All returns must have an authorized RA #.
Items returned in compliance qualify for a full refund (minus shipping cost) or exchange.
Items returned in damaged or used condition are subject to restocking fees of 20%.
Refunds can take 10-14 days from receipt of return.

Trade In details are worked out on a per item basis.
Items must be in original condition with box and paperwork.
Trade Ins are good towards store credit only (no cash refunds on trade-ins).
Store credit is good towards anything that we stock.

Pedals returned under the Trade In policy will be listed as Used.
B-stocks are items that have a minor blemish, damaged box, etc.
All returns are fully checked and tested by a Qualified Tech before listing.
Any issues, cosmetic or otherwise, such velcro, paint chipping, etc, will be mentioned in the individual product description whenever possible.

All U.S. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

International items are shipped USPS Priority International or Global Express.
